ok so I failed the field sobriety test which worked out for my friend. My final tally was 16 beers in 4 hrs. blew .14 at my highest. .08 is legally drunk in NY. So yesterday at my worst I was almost 2x the legal limit. I got to sit in a courthouse and get wasted it was awesome!!!

I participated in one of those about 10 years ago. It was fun. We did this to train the new guys on field sobriety testing. I was drinking Crown & 7. We started at 9:00 am, and I was toasted by 11:00 am.

Yes but not really. My friend is in the police academy for the city of albany. They are required to do field sobriety tests on people as part of their training. In turn they need volunteers to go to their trainning with them. 8 of us in a room which was the courthouse cause it wasnt being used at the time. Court was ajurned for the weekend. The 8 of us signed a waiver and then it was on. We had 4 hours to drink. They had coolers full of beer. A officer had a sheet with each of our names on it and everytime we went to the get a drink he got it for us and recorded appropritly. The goal was to be over the legal limit and then they took us outside and issued us field test done by the 20 or so recruits. It was awesome. Didnt have to pay for a thing.
