Urgent Please Read/respond!!!!

Good morning Jimmy.

I had a rough day yesterday.Me and my wife went to lunch and got pulled over by the State Patrol because I didn't have my seat bealt on(passenger).He writes me a $15 ticket and we go to lunch.We pull out the parking lot leaving lunch and we get pulled over again for my wife not using her signal and NO seat belt by passenger(that would be my dumb ass again)This cop just gave us a warning thank God but I am trying to get in the habit of wearing my seat belt.No tickets in 5 years and I get a ticket and a warning in a 45 minute window.You can tell it's the end of the month.Must be a sign that I need to BUCKLE UP you think

No seriously though...I buckle up before I start the car that way it just becomes habit and always have it on..

i never use to wear my seat belt. now i always do. got in a car accident a # of years back wasnt wearing my seat belt. wasnt a horrible accident but it scared the shit outta me. ever sense then i buckle up

vols, me and a friend of mine are coming back from a casino last month and I get stopped for doing 82MPH in a 55MPH zone ... Trooper walks up to my car and says I was speeding, he had me on laser, .... then he notices I am not wearing a seatbelt ... I hate seat belts .. I very rarely use them ... so anyway I proceed to tell him I have not had a ticket in 25 years ... his response, "Congratulations, today is your lucky day" ... with that we started to laugh ... he said, "ok, your choice, you either get a ticket for speeding 27 MPH over limit or a $55 seatbelt ticket ... I said OH BABY, give me the seatbelt ticket ... not a moving violation ...

I got lucky ...

His response "holy shit your spark arent you???" We laughed. Then I told him to "relax".....and he said have a good night spark.

John, I hate em ... feels like I am strapped in .. I feel it is a personal decision and I should not have to wear it ....

That is why they pulled the law for wearing helmets when you ride on a motorcycles .. why did they change that law?? you can drive a cycle without a Helmut but you must wear a seat belt when riding in a 3000LB car ... makes no sense to me ..

I agree with it being a personal decision, i just wouldnt want to see you get seriously injured or worst because you didnt have one on.

For some reason It's easier to put it on when your driving but as a passenger is when I seem to not wear one.Gonna start trying though.
