Ya bro...its tough to start with but once you get into a routine of going it becomes common and isnt as strenuous....I go at least 3 times a week after work...feel great after...come home, eat a ton of food, watch the games, argue with everyone on BC, look like as ass, have everyone tell me to calm down and go to bed...thats how I spend my weekdays...
gym?? whats that? the only Jim i know is my friend jim. And i get great excercise with him. He comes over to my house 4x a week. our routine is simple yet very good for keeping in shape. Here is a sneak peak at our workout routine:
first we toss each others salad
then he smacks me in the face with his man meat
then we play naked twister
then for a great cardio workout we chase around my cats naked while beating off.
You do all this 4x a week I guarantee you lose weight. You'll be thin and trim like me in no time at all.
Oh how funny....and you thrive off reading it...just like how you wound me up being reds....you cant get enough of it...thats you you spend your time..."no kidding"....
