ck this out its home-made. what they do take like regular kraft mac-cheese. cook it, wait for it to get cool. then they roll the mac-cheese into like round balls, like meatballs. then they bread it. then it goes into the fridge. then when you order it they take it out of the fridge drop it in the deep fryer for about 2 min and bamm its done. they were freakin FANTASTIC

You say they were breaded .... were they rolled in bread crumbs, flour, or corn meal before being fried???

yes, they were. then they get refridgerated to let the breading harden up. i kid you not it was one of the best snack foods i've ever eaten

NOT MUCH MY FRIEND-that did sound pretty good on the mac and cheese-at "INTERSTATE BARBQ" in memphis,tenn.-they take a piece of fried bologna-dip it in the deep fryer-then serve it on texas toast-heart attack sandwich but fucking unreal-i'm getting ready to get real unhealthy on the grey goose vodka-WOOOOOO !!

Believe me, i'm sure you do. I've seen your oipinions used on me before and you probably are on the other side of this one as well because you talk to them off the site. No biggie buddy but nobody was doing anything that nobody has never done or said before here and if someone came in to a conversation between you and another and said what they did without a clue, i GUARANTEE you wouldn't like it either.
