i dont care about restrictor plates. I prefer plates of chicken wings personally. So when cappin i wont factor in restrictor plate races @ all.

There are only 2 tracks with restrictor plates, Daytona and Talladega. Both tracks host 2 events so only 4 races will be run with restrictor plates.
