Fuck Fed ex. I've had nothing but billing issues with Fed Ex. Our company got hit with a $655 invoice on freight we had billed 3rd party. Acct # was written in the correct spot right on the fedex airway bill. But because the 3rd party box wasnt checked it got billed to us. I called and switched it and they still wanted to charge me $10 service fee. Fed ex sucks. We use UPS or DHL.

Been using Fedex for years . Never had a bit of trouble ... Always on time and never lost a thing .. When I used Brown they lost packages all the time and did you ever try to collect when you insured a package with them??? That is what seperates the men from the boys ... Try colllecting from UPS when they lose a package that you insured ..

I agree with you on insured shipments. UPS sucks. I'm in the freight business. And i can tell you as fact. UPS global logistics which is a part of UPS corp. owes our company over 30k over 90days old. They take forever to pay and sometimes they just dont pay invoices at all.
