OK....coming from you, now I feel a bit better. I just didn't have as much panic as a normal cub fan would have in this situation. I just feel its another bump in the road, but with all these role players getting some time now....it could help us in September and god willing October.

The talent is STILL there. We just have to plug the hole for a month. Pie, Murton, Pagan, Jones, etc....there are outfielders available.

But I'm gonna be completely honest....and I swear on my daughter I'm serious....

I still think we win the division. The talent is STILL there to compete with Milwaukee. Milwaukee has to play 15 of the next 21 on the road...and they are BRUTAL on the road. They also have a horrid bullpen.

We have an influx of outfielders....hell Hendry might go now and get that right handed bat.

I swear...I woke up this morning, saw Soriano was out for 2-4 weeks, and I was ok. We have a VERY favorable schedule in September. We're in a very weak division.

No, he can't be replaced....but there are pieces already in place for guys to step up and contribute.

Maybe I drank too much Kool-Aid....but i"m honest to god not as worried as I know a majority of Cubbie Nation is.
