you could only wish man. Spark and i are good friends now. All i had to do was bring up the old stories my great grandpa told me about working on the railroad. Spark was hooked. He remembered working with my great grandpa. I'm real suprised that spark is as sharp as he is for his age.
Well guys I made it threw an entire day at my new job guys. Here is alittle recap of my day. 1st we he had to fill out alot of paper work. Then we watched a video on "line management". I fill you all in on that a bit later. Back to my 1st day. The first thing we went over was the uniforms. Our team uniforms consist of black pants and a dark blue polo shirt. Black hat with the golden arches logo smack dab in the middle of the hat. Its pretty cool guys it really is. Ok ok back to my day. After the uniforms were discussed we went into basic training. On the 1st day we only did training on 1 zone. Its along and detailed process so we take it slow.
DAY 1:
Zone A: Fryers. I thought geez how hard could working a fryer be??? WOW was i wrong. there are 6 fryers and all are filled with fries @ different times so your constently trying to remove the fries after the 2 minutes of cooktime is up and then shake them off and dump them into the holder. All while adding new fries and repeating the process over and over. I got that down pat rather quickly. Where i struggled was adding the SALT. Numerous times i failed to remember to make 2 passes with the salt shaker over the fries before scooping them into the small med or large containers. NOTE TO SELF: please remember to add salt tomorrow. All in all it was a very exciting and tiring 1st day at work. I'll keep you posted day by day. Thank you all for being here for me. I'm glad i could share my special day with a few of you.
