If you have unlimited free agent pick-ups, I wouldn't, as you could pick up 2 start or hot pitchers to go with Howard much easier then strong 1B to go with Oswalt.

I look at it this way, would I rather have Howard/O Perez(or ?) versus Nomar/Oswalt. To me I would rather have Howard.
