Thanks for the advice buddy. I'm trying. Thing is, I lost quite a bit during bowl season and can't get over the fact that the money is gone, so I've upped my wagers trying to chase it back and digging myself deeper.

I lost my ass too.I went back and figured how much I lost compared to the hours(alot of them)of entertainment i got from betting and watching football from August to Feb and it didn't feel that bad.If I'm not at the house all those Saturdays I would be out at the Golf Course or doing something else with my money.I know it don't get our money back but it helps a little.Keep at it buddy things will turn around.

One thing I noticed KB is in Nascar all your plays seem to be 1* and IMO thats what you kick ass at.Play the others just for fun and make your bankroll in the sport your good at.I do the same thing so I'm not calling you out but I hit(I think you did also) 2 out of the 3 races this week and I'm still down for the weekend.What happens next weekend if I dont hit shit at the track.Not good for me buddy.

That's for sure ... that is why you must have a bankroll and play EVERY game for the exact same ... you can raise your play if we are on a roll but you must play every game for the exact same amount per night ... I do not play *'s are anything like that ... Money management is #1 with me ...

Money management is so damn true Joe. Most of the time I'm damn good about it. But when I cut loose every now and then, it almost always spells trouble. I over doubled my units one weekend and ended up paying my guy the next week. Thought I had a good feel for the games and it went south.....

Just do what I am gonna do...I am not betting one game on my own all summer long and just putting $100 per unit on all of Sparks bases plays to get it all back...

I feel for you KB, gambling can be such a fun thing or it can be the worst fucking thing you do.

You do have to learn some discipline if you gamble, losing it is NORMALLY the reason we LOSE to much.

I went back and charted my gambling over the last 3 weeks, what i found was that if i wouldnt have bet teasers or parlays and didnt bet anything after my intial wagers i would be up versus being down. So now, no teasers, no parlays, and most importantly no chasing.
