guys need some feedback from some of the oletimers-i have been on a tremendous run in college hoops and have gradually increased my bet size as the winnings continue,normally i am a 50 dollar shooter but i have been firing between 1 to 9 hundred on my current hot streak,right now i am about 26 net winners over the last 3 weeks,i want to hold on to a good deal of this profit-i was thinking if i go backwards 6 net units-then i would pull the ripcord and go back to my 50 dollar wagers-would appeciate everybody's advice on managing a hot streak,its the best part of my poker game but i generally don't do it well with ball-i do know about playing a hot hand and i will not pull up till i lose 5 or 6 games-please guys give me your best money management strategies-sincerely ironchunger !!

As it is tough to keep up such a hot streak- it is more prudent to take the major portion of the money out of the
pot so you can be more sensible about your bets. I remember winning 10 grand in one week and the next gave back 5 grand- in casinos this is so prevalent!

I agree with the 200 level and keeping the games to one or a few just in case of a b-- day. However, it is much easier to go on tilt and become inpatient when money is sitting in the cookie jar. Management is about discipline lately but before you had a few all ins and got hurt! lately you have been well disciplined but you have also been winning up the yin yang. It is our nature to be greedy- hang up the majority of winnings and enjoy the moment!
