The vacation I took, with RJ and Big Mike in Vegas, was bad. I thought I could make it in Vegas, but it was just too much. I had a great time with the guys, but I suffered. I hope your vacation is better.

Much better since my fall. I'm back to the "regular" pains from the disks, but that I can deal with ... I mean I've been dealing with it for 3 years now.

How's yours? Are you going to PT, or did they do a nerve block in

well good to hear you are doing somewhat better man. As for me will right now i still have some pain in my right leg. my back is okay. i'm not going to PT. i'll prolly schedule 1 more injection before vacation. i've been doing 3 diff back exercises which seem to have helped some. i think @ some point down the road i'll be having surgery. but the pain now is 100x less than it was back in jan-feb.
