actually i remember talking to you about that after you got back and you said it wore you out and hurt your back even worse than it was. believe me i heed your warning and wont be doing a heck of alot. i already told, jbc,bhs and frank that i wont be able to golf. im not bringing my clubs. kel and i are mainly going just to get away and get to where its warm.

bry, that is exactly it .. take it from 2 guys that suffer with back problems ... Jimmy and myself ...

You do NOT want to over-due it .. as soon as the pain is elevated STOP .. do not push it .. the best cure for the back is time .. I am telling you, if you push it you will pay ...

The vacation I took, with RJ and Big Mike in Vegas, was bad. I thought I could make it in Vegas, but it was just too much. I had a great time with the guys, but I suffered. I hope your vacation is better.
