also was flying from nashville to panama city in 1972.it was the premiere of a cult-classic movie called "THE FROGS" which was filmed in panama city and they used a lot of the wildlife from the movie set from some ole tourist trap called "the snakeatorium" or something like that // anyway there were not many jets back then and we get on an ole prop job and fly into a terrible storm on the way to florida // sam elliot was on the plane,as all the actors had to be there for the premiere, got smashed with sam and he was A-1 with my family,we cut-up the whole flight, then he got us on the local news when we got off the plane !!

guys if you have not flown in a prop plane in a really bad storm, you are missing out, there are no rides at six flags that come close to that experience !!

Alright guys well lost out big time in mlb today but got a nice story to tell.well 2 weeks ago i won a 2 $25 gift cards for atlanta braves tickets.well tonight i took my kids to the game since this was the last game i could go to because i work all weekend.well showed up at the ticket window and for some reason the lady could not get the card to work.i was trying to get 3 $8 tickets and we were going to eat with the other $25.the lady said sir i cant get this to scan but i will give you some complimentary tickets.turns out to be row 6 behind home plate.i dvr'd the game and i could see me and the kids on tv everytime a left handed batter was up.was able to then spend the $50 on food and ice cream for the kids which goes pretty quick.well in between innings i took the kids to the fence to get a picture and there is brian jordan.my youngest son is named jordan so we always got him a braves jersey with jordan on the back when he was little.i told him this and he took about 10 minutes of his time to sit there and talk to me and the kids.after he left he shook our hands and was leaving and i thought oh shit i should have got a picture,i called him back and said can i please get a picture and he said sure, right after that was when mcclouth hit his homer and he ended up sitting there talking to us another 5 minutes or so.he was a total class act and a nice genuine person.thought it was cool he took the time just to make my kids day.funny thing was my son was not sure who he was the entire time and after he left he said," that guy looks famous cause of how he dressed.sure this is not that big of a deal to most of you but he was one of my favorite athletes back then as he played for the falcons and the braves.was a big fan when he playes for st louis and was thrilled when he came to atlanta
