OK GUYS HERE IS MY STORY WILL MAKE IT SMALLER FOR THIS THREAD THAN THE URGENT THREAD.I WAS WORKING 2 JOBS AND MY PART TIME JOB WAS BEING A DJ AT A FEMALE STRIPCLUB SUNDAY AND MONDAY NIGHTS.I SAW THE GUY FROM CRAZYTOWN THE LEAD SINGER THAT IS ON CELEBRITY REHAB TWICE AND A GUY THAT SANG THE SONG "JUMP AROUND JUMP AROUND" BUT MY BEST STORY IS ABOUT SMOKING WEED WITH DR DRE. MY CLUB WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 3AM BUT AT 1AM IT WAS DEAD.ALOT OF THE GIRLS WANTED TO GO NEXT DOOR TO ANOTHER CLUB OWNED BY THE SAME GUY WHERE WE COULD GET FREE DRINKS.USUALLY I JUST LEFT AND WENT HOME BECAUSE I HAD TO BE AT WORK IN 4 HRS BUT DR DRE WAS PREFORMING THAT NIGHT AND ALL THE GIRLS WANTED TO GO .I CLOSED EARLY TO LET THEM GO AND THEY TALKED ME INTO GOING.WAS WORRIED THAT GOING INTO A MOSTLY BLACK CLUB WITH 10 BLACK BEAUTIFUL WOMEN WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR ME BUT WENT ANYWAY.WE GOT FREE DRINKS FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND WAS READY TO GO SO INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE UPSTAIRS RESTROOM I WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO THE VIP RESTROOM WITH LESS TRAFFIC.I SAT ON THE COUCH FOR A MINUTE AND NEXT THING I KNOW DR DRE WALKS IN AND STARTS TALKING TO ME LIKE I AM SOMEONE FAMOUS.BY THE WAY IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY.A GIRL THAT WAS A DANCER AT THE CLUB WITH ME HAD SOME WEED AND ASKED IF HE WANTED TO START THE HONORS,HE REPLIED WHY NOT AND WE ALL GOT HIGH AS HELL WATCHING SPEEDRACER ON THE BIG SCREEN.FUNNY THING IS THAT I KNEW I HAD TO BE AT WORK AT 7AM SO I WAS LIKE DUDE NICE TALKING TO YA GOTTA GO.ON THE WAY HOME I KEPT THINKING I JUST WALKED AWAY FROM DR DRE WHEN HE WAS STIL IN CONVERSATION.

PLEASE POST YOURS HERE QUICKLY OR THIS MIGHT GET TAKEN DOWN FROM THE ALL TIME CLASSICS POST THREAD

and many other players that had gone through the A's, Angels, Reds, Indians & Giants Double A farm system in the late 70's through mid 80's

I used to pitch batting practice and I had a tryout with the Angels in '84, but couldnt go through with it because of arm trouble. Oh and it really helped that my brother in law owned the Eastern League affiliate

I played baseball with Leetch & Asmus way back in Mickey Mantle as their team drafted me to play in a tourney

here is another true story and althought funny now very hurtful at the time.

In baseball i was always very good.my 9th grade of my high school team i won mvp of the team.a trophy i won 4 years in a row at my school.i had a curveball that no one could hit or catch.plus i batted about .700 no joke and had scholorships to alot of colleges but declined them because i had a girlfriend and she was younger and i could not get a job 150 miles from campus if i was a scholoarship athelte.well any way i am rambling on the only person that could catch my curveball was vols fan and he was 2 yrs younder an me.my sr year he was a sophmore i was pitchting and he was catchting.it was the bottom of the 5th and i had struck this #4 hitter out twice with a curveball.count was 2-2 and i wanted to throw a curve again and vols fan shook me off with a fastball sign.i shook my head and again he threw down the #1 i shook it off .then he called time we meet at the mound and discuss it.after all that i said listen i am throwing the curve regardless what sign you put up.he again puts down the #1 fastball i shake my head and throw the curve that guy hit the curveball so far i am sure it is still going as the guy rounds second vols fan yells to me ,"i told ya " eventually we both get thrown out of the game arguing between ourselves and we end up loosing the game.by the way our parents were not very happy

I played xbox with Dale Jr. at AMS back in 04' or 05'. He's a pretty cool cat. And I met the whole crew, they cuss more than all of us combined, they are carzy as hell. Pops (Tony Eury Sr.) is by far the wildest of the whole Earnhardt clan.

I met Elton John at Collective Soul concert in 01'. We know the band they are from where I live, 1 of my friends sister used to be married to Dean Rowland he plays guitar. Ed and Deans dad was the preacher at the church I use to attend.

I've drank beer with the Great Micheal PS Hays many of nights. He is bum he used bum ciggs. of everybody around all the time. He loves the jagermeister and his wife a FREAK.

At rockfest in Atlanta back in 98 or 99 Raven (the wrestler) almost whipped of my friends ass. He was trashed outta his mind and my friend kept telling him that 4 horsemen were going to get him, it was crazy.

I know Keith Brookings' dad and him and Keith came out to the bar we used to hang out at the night he signed his deal with Falcons a couple of years ago. But the best part of that night was meeting his girlfriend at the time....Tiffany Fallon, FINE AS HELL, shes married to 1 of the guys in Rascal Flatts now.

I think the most famous people I have met would have to be tech fan and vols fans.

No shit. 2 of my older brothers were playing for a travelling team (this was before teams had such a thing, early 70's) 1 was catching & the other was pitching (he threw gas at only 15 years old) and they not only started arguing over what to throw, they started fist fighting on the mound between them. The fans for the other team started in on them and the next thing you know, everyone was fighting. I'll have to ask him what town it was in but if I'm correct, it wasn't the city
