I noticed some weather moving through Chicago, I always wonder on over under bets if the weather is shitty, does that favor the over or under? I normally think the under, then when I do that, it seems like there is a rush of turnovers returned for TDs, or D-backs slip and wide recievers are wide open and it goes over. Especially on artificial turf. I don't know, what do you guys think?
