What do you think about harden trade? I get not giving him max $$$

It really didn't bother me too bad. I think it definitely sets up the Thunder a lot better for the future. The key will be how Kevin Martin steps into Harden's role here this year. If he can come off the bench and average 15 points or so, I think it will be a fantastic move.

IMO, Harden didn't want to be traded. He was going to play hard ball with OKC and when that last hour hit and he was still playing hard ball, Presti said fuck it, picked up the phone and made the deal. You could see the shock on Harden's face and by the comments he made, that he couldn't believe they traded him. I think all along he thought OKC would buckle and give him the max.

It also frees up some cap space to sign other guys after this year. Maynor becomes a free agent as does Thabo and Perk in two years. If Harden was signed, they wouldn't have had cap room to do anything.

Would I have liked to have him here? Absolutely! Do I like the way it all turned our after what OKC got in return? You betcha!

Gonna try, course is all dug up, takes some of the fun out of it. They are leveling some tee boxes, so they pull the sand from the bunkers and use that, then put new sand in the bunkers next spring. Temp tee boxes. But it beats work!!!
