Entire weekend was good. I took my granddaughters to the zoo on Sunday and there were a million people there.
I watched part of the first half last night and had resigned myself to a blowout loss. I quit watching. I guess they made a run in the 2d half. Conference play, especially on the road, is tough this year!

MARIETTA, Ga. – *A man says he was cited by police outside Atlanta for eating a cheeseburger while driving.

Madison Turner tells Atlanta station WSB-TV he ordered a double quarter-pounder with cheese from a McDonald's in the Marietta area shortly before he was pulled over last week.

Turner says the officer told him he saw him eating the cheeseburger for two miles, telling the man "You can't just go down the road eating a hamburger."

The ticket, issued under Georgia's distracted driving law, states in the comments section that the offense is "eating while driving."

Turner is to appear in court Feb. 3.

"For most of us, I think we can safely eat a burger and drive our car *at the same time," Turner*toldMyFoxAtlanta.com.*

Cobb County police spokesman Mike Bowman declined comment. In an email to The Associated Press early Tuesday, Bowman said the department will decline any interviews about the case

I've wondered why talking on the cel phone is illegal but eating or drinking non alcohol while driving isn't.

I'm probably more dangerous eating a sandwich while driving than I am when talking on the phone while driving.

            • Speaking of Atlanta, how bout them damn Hawks? First time this city has had a buzz for them since Dominique left!! I swear I have seen them more on sports center the last two months than I have my whole life. Opened up at 60-1 to win it all and now they are favored to win it all at 5-1. That's unreal!!

I can't believe the Hawks are favored to win it all. The Warriors are dismantling teams at a torrid pace....Although Barkley said last night, he doesn't think they'll be in the finals.
