Woke up at 5:45 and talked myself into being sore and that I told myself I'd be happy with 3 times a week starting off.
Woke back up at 6:45 still as tired and no exercise
Just gotta make sure I do it tomorrow morning and Friday morning and this week will be a success in my mind. All 5 days would have been fantastic though...Comment
