Said my x-rays look great, everything healing well. Says I'm free to do any cycling/swimmingfence jumping, still doesn't want any impact exercises on it. Says for that matter, I may not ever be able to run again...Not exactly what I was wanting to hear.
He must have seen the look on my face, cause then he says, look bud, I don't think you understand how catastrophic of a knee injury you had. It's just not worth it (impact stuff) when there are so many other ways to exercise now.

So I'm good as I can be I guess...

Glad to hear that buddy !!! But did he say WHAT SIZE bike you needed to ride and I can loan you my raft for swimming !!

Just got back from the lake right where the treasure chest is. They had about 50 people out there. Very windy but no rain yet. Its coming though. Back home now. I probably wont go back out til Thursday. That seems to be the SAVEST thing to do.

Dave, sun is out and bright here too. Wind about 15-20 at times. Rain on and off. Just weird. Please stay save by the Lake!

I was more "upper class" and saw that Fong's Chinese restaurant was open !!! You know their saying - "You no go wong eat at Fongs"

Most businesses are closed or closing at 5:00 pm today, cause we have a 7:00 pm to 7:00 am curfew. The curfew is for our savety.

Glad your doing OK, nobody likes bad news, but there are a lot worse things that could have happened. I have a knee with similar issues. I havn't been able to do impact for 20 some years. Bike, eliptical, swimming, yadda yadda. Take up golf!!!! That's what keeps me fit and trim!!!

KB, sorry to hear about the knee bro. I've been out of touch, but I'm sure the jokes were flying around (ie Dimer's FFB name).

Glad it's getting better though. And trust me, running is overrated. I haven't ran in over 9 years since I hurt my back, and I don't miss it.

Just keep doing what the doctor tell you to do. He's looking out for your savety.
