Here is my thread from last year and yours as well for the NE/Balt title game. I said nothing in either thread except gl to you. I never even celebrated in my own after the game went final. I also posted the poll thread from that game and the in game thread from that day too. I checked all other threads started from me and you and nothing.

If you are going to open your mouth, open your mouth. Don't be a pussy yourself though and say it is to get even when that wasn't the case AT ALL.

Just be the asshole you are being with no excuses attached because you are good at it.

Cut me some slack JC. I heard it from Wayne last year when the Pats won so let me bask in it for a day or two.

Well if Wayne rubbed it in then have at it. I don't recall one way of the other if he did or didn't. No doubt Wayne has rubbed a few people here the wrong way, myself included.

I can tell you this Raven, one thing I hopefully have learned and I try desperately to now apply to every situation like this. I try my best to treat others the way I would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot.

When the Steelers got beat last year by a shit Denver team my phone blew up. It got me pretty hot under the collar, I lashed out at a few friends here and they quickly reminded me of me sending them Tebow texts all year when they bet the other team.

They were right, and I was wrong. Decided then that taking joy in someone else's misery wasn't something I wanted to do anymore, rather pick a guy up once he's been kicked, than kick him some more.

Just how I am trying to be, I promise from time to time I will fail at this and probably will be reminded that I am being a hypocrite.
I will admit I'm wrong again and keep trying not to be that type of fan and asshole that I dislike in so many other people.

I will say this as it pertains to Wayne, I didn't find him to be the most likable individual in years past. Not sure what has changed but I can say that I like him a whole lot better now.
Hopefully the same can be said for me for those who didn't previously like me.

Raven the smartest move that a qb can make is to slide or run out of bounds.Look At Michael Vick how many times does he in your words not be a pussy and it end up costing the team.Players can get hurt.Defenses try to hurt star players.If Brady breaks a leg or gets a concussion in the 1st quarter then patriots lose the game more than likely.Regardless of who they are playing.I don't see how anyone can watch football and not see Brady as a great QB.He wins he stays healthy and he does not make a lot of stupid mistakes.

I have no problems with a QB sliding but come on, you don't pull a Ty Cobb and come up with you feet near the guys groin. If Ed Reed would have tried to jump over Brady and came down on Brady chest he would have gotten a flag. As for him throwing the ball away when Ngata was chasing him, his team is down by 15 with 8 minutes left in the game and you don't try to outrun Ngata for a first down? Again the title of the thread is Brady is a pussy, not Brady is a bad QB. Brady is a great QB and will go down as either the best or second best of all time. I don't disagree with that. I just don't believe he is currently the best in the NFL. Just like I didn't believe Ray Lewis was the best LB in the NFL for the past 3 years.

It didn't look like Brady was even wearing cleats, they really looked like tennis shoes. Even when they replayed it in slowmo, Brady's shoes never caught or tore Reed's uniform.

I don't care Brady's current playoff record is. He is a hall of famer and still an absolute stud and playing at a high level.

I am no Patriot fan by any stretch of the imagination.

Brady is a veteran QB who isn't a kid anymore, if he wants to continue to play he should throw the ball away if he might get put out of commission.

I saw the same play before the half and I didn't think anything of it. If in fact you are right and he was trying to cleat Reed, then so be it. Dude gets chased around every play with people trying to kill him, I'm certainly not going to begrudge him one slide cleats up.

Enjoy your win, enjoy being right, enjoy no one paying the Ravens their due respect.
