2 things:

1) The Big East is absolute garbage.

2) The BCS is actually bigger garbage. NIU should not be in a BCS game.

FSU vs NIU would be a better game then vs Louisville.

Florida Oklahoma would have been better.

Orange Bowl:
Florida State vs Louisville

Oklahoma vs Nortern Illinois

Oregon and Florida would both get to play for National Championship without playing in their repspected conference championship game

However it allows Oklahoma and Georgia to get a BCS game

you should have to win your conference to be in the playoff

Whoever created the BCS is to blame for Wisconsin, Louisville, and N Illinois getting big money bowl games over GA, LSU, SC, Oklahoma, and A&M.

The rules are pretty clear on how you make a BCS bowl game, those teams who got in played by the same rules as those who got left out.

Join the MAC or Big East
Quit bitching
Don't lose to Bama
Don't lose 2 games in your powerful league
Win your fucking conference

You do that, you will make an impact on how the games are selected.

Quit hating on the teams who get to go, they certainly didn't create this mess and they are following the rules.

1st off, Ohio St, Sandusky, and Nebraska's terrible defense are to blame for Wisconsin getting in the Rose Bowl.

2nd, fans have no impact on how the games are selected. The BCS contract was signed already so ESPN and these schools are getting their money regardless if you, I or any other fan watches/attends the games.

3rd, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this basically a Message Board? IE, a place where fans can voice their displeasure w/sports related topics, etc. Thought so...

Rules dictate that N Illinois should be in a BCS game, so your opinion is clearly wrong.

I concur the system appears to be flawed(IMO), but as long as it is the way it is I certainly won't be hating or bitching when teams get in for playing by the rules.

Again, this is a MB where fans voice their displeasure. I'm a Miami fan so I have no allegiance one way or another, but NIU is garbage. They lost to Iowa...their best win was against Kent St in the MAC Championship and guess what, they got smoked by a 2-win Kentucky team.

IMO, FSU vs. Louisville is a much better game. I think Louisville is better than people think and FSU, well, they're not as good as people think.
