The final hurdle to a trade between the Saints and Dolphins was cleared when running back Reggie Bush reached agreement with Miami on a new two-year contract, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Thursday.
New Orleans and Miami had agreed to a trade if and when Bush agreed to a new contract. The Dolphins and Joel Segal, Bush's agent, worked into the early-morning hours to produce the needed agreement.
Bush will fly to Miami at some point and sign his contract to make the trade official.
My question here is this: Why the hell would you want this bum?!?!?! He has never, will never, and could never develop into a solid RB in the NFL. I feel Miami would have been much much better off giving Bradshaw a better deal to come there or even by resigning the oft injured Ronnie Brown. This is a complete joke of a team right now. We trade for a RB that is not an NFL RB and we are looking to trade for a QB that is complete garbage and has not and cannot win consistently. What a joke this franchise has become since Marino retired!
