I know it's total garbage, but 2 things on that replay:

1) As crazy as it sounds, you couldn't tell from the replay if the knee was down. We all know it wasn't but by the "letter of the law," you couldn't overturn that.

2) If the "clear recovery" rule is in effect in CFB too, you couldn't tell from the replay that a USM guy clearly recovered the fumble.

guys im not sure how much time was left when so miss got ball at the end, i think about 15 sec, wat r the odds u go 98 yards in that time. Why not take safety go down 5 and try onside kick and throw a hail mary, i know its still a long shot, but prob little better odds than going 98 yards, but like said not sure how much time was left, might not had enough time to do this,

Irrelevant...just like in the Phins/Steelers game, unless the replay shows a clear recovery by the defense, they won't overturn it.
