So what's your excuse for Utah blasting Bama?

All I hear year after year is the "small" schools couldn't score against SEC defenses. Go check the box scores from a lot of the SEC games so far this season and get back to me. Are you kidding me? Boise St could score with any of these SEC teams especially this year.

I said, Boise, or TCU or the likes would not go unbeaten playing an SEC schedule. I cant prove that, but thats my opinion.

Bama v Utah, again, that was not the best SEC school, I want to see the best SEC school versus the best not BCS team. If the best non BCS team wins for a National Championship, I will shut up.

I didnt say they didnt deserve a shot, I said, they wouldnt probably get a shot if they were in the SEC cause they would probably lose 2-4 games. IMO

If they go undefeated and everyone else has 1 loss I have no problem with them going.But if Auburn,Oklahoma and Boise are all undefeated I would have a problem if Boise went over either of those teams.

If that happens, you dont have to worry, Boise wont be playing for a title.

THEY ARE NOT LETTING THAT TEAM PLAY FOR A TITLE PERIOD. It's quite obvious and i even read 1 article last night that pretty much proved boise could make pigs fly and hell freeze over and they still ain't giving them a chance.

I could easliy argue every IF in this thread....but why it's a waste of my time.

Vols to use hawaii as your example is just flat weak....if you don't know that the run and shoot is all timing then you don't know much football and i think you do....you throw off the run and shoot by 2 tenths of a second an every play goes to shit. YES georgia has better athletes than hawaii, and faster.....that was one of my biggest football plays ever vols, it was a massacre waiting to happen.

Boise does not run a run and shoot they actually run more of a pro set then some of those big bad SEC teams that use spread offenses, like kaz said Boise beats whoever you put in front of them, oklahoma, oregon, virginia tech, TCU, oregon st, Tulsa Utah....not to mention that fresno st and hawaii are usually ranked teams in the WAC as well as Nevada.

VOLS if the SEC is so big and bad PLEASE tell me why Boise still to this day has an open date on next year's schedule that has been open for more than 2 yrs, Boise athletic dir has even come out as long as a year ago and said "someone just play us" Boise does NOT even want a return game from whatever team takes the date, they just need to fill the schedule and they have contacted at least 4 SEC teams as far back as last year and they all declined, as well as a few BIG 12 teams.

in conclusion you keep saying IF they had to play an SEC schedule, well they are begging an SEC or a BIG 12 team take that date but they won't, could it be that these "BIG" teams might just be afraid of getting knocked on their ass in front of their hometown fans, leaving alot of football junkies saying "how did we lose to Boise st" ?

P.S i'll save you some time as i'm sure you will bring up the loss Boise had to georgia, well since you like to use the word IF alot, i will say to you that IF david green was not 1 of the best qb's in the country that yr and IF Boise's QB didn't break his ankle in the 1st qtr, And IF it wasn't the 1st game of the year in august making it a temperature boise has never felt, they might have won, but they didn't.

BTW 2 of those 4 Champs in a row were delivered by a coach who NOBODY said would be able to succeed in the SEC with his "offensive system" because it was designed for "smaller players/conferences." I was laughed at and laughed at and laughed at.....yea 2 national championships... Don't tell me he had better talent, because he did the same thing with Utah the year before he came to florida, and bowling green before that.

can't you just accept that there are teams NOT in major conferences that are as good as ones in major conferences..Boise, tcu, utah or no ?
