This is where I disagree. I believe they need a young aggressive manager and I'm not sure sandberg has the disposition to be a hard Ass. I know they can't get Joe girardi but if they hadn't fucked him over before he might already be here. Not big on sandberg one bit.
You don't need an aggressive manager! You need a motivator to get the most out of the guys you have. You don't have to be a pro players asses to get the most out of them. The type of manager you are talking about may make the current ball club worse.
