Based on him stressing Stern wants this series extended I can only assume he thought Boston would win Game 2 although he did not predict that or give a pick out

If Stern gives the directives out to extend the series, then why have there been 5 series sweeps in the past 20 years, 6 series have gone to just 5 games and only 4 series have gone the full 7 games?
The series extension nonsense and fixing to make sure of that is seriously flawed....
I have no doubt that there have been fixed games, but I seriously doubt it in the finals. The fact is, there have been more sweeps than 7 game series results.

Above it sound like I said he only assigns road team biased refs

Dvid Stern..
Only 7 Different Teams have won the Larry O'Brien Trophy during his 26 year tenure; whereas MLB has had 18 different teams win the World Series in that same 26 year span, and the NFL has had 15 different teams win the Super Bowl during that span
Lets see..
Chicago
Los Angeles
Boston
Detroit
Houston
San Antonio
Miami
All big cities with big populations and ratings for TV
LA , CHICAGO , HOUST ...3 OF THE 4 LARGETS CITIES IN THE US AND San Antonio is 6TH
GEEZ...HE MUST REALLY HATE THE KNICKS ...LOL...THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES MISSING
Phoenix is the 6th largest city and the have been in the Final and in the playoffs almost every yrLast edited by GOLDENGREEK; 06-09-2010, 03:11 AM.

I honestly used to make bets when I was young thinking that the league wanted the series to go to 7 games because of revenue, so there couldn't possibly be a sweep or a 5 game series. But as you can see, 16 series have gone no more than 5 games out of 30.
