The word "Diet" during P90X is an oxymoron. You can't do P90X and diet at the same time. I've actually had to increase my calorie intake to compensate for the calories burned during the workouts. The average P90X workout burns between 500-600 calories.
Like BW suggested be prepared to eat lots of chicken, fish, eggs, foods high in protein. Along with protein shake with Whey Protein powder.
