Woody, I am addicted to Poker. Love playing but the only place i ever play is on my wife's IPOD. I love playing Texas Hold'em. We used to get together for games with friends but as people got older, married, and had kids, we just do not get to do it anymore. I am on the wife's IPOD daily playing but it kind of sucks playing the computer. I would love to play online but i have yet to hear of a place where it is easy to deposit money and easy to get in a game somewhere. I've heard people say places before but i either had to jump through hoops to register or deposit money. You got any thoughts, ideas or info on any good places to play online?

Bodogs Poker section is pretty good and Hold'em is the game of choice.Always a game going an easy to get in.Alot of different ranges of price games also.Hell I have seen .10 and .25 cent games on there.

BoDog poker is a joke. I would not play there with Spark's money lol.

Me too Buddy. She plays in all my pools, Fantasy league's and brackets. She watches and cheers with me. It's great!

Thanks to you too vols. I've played at a few Sportsbooks though and i feel like i've been screwed at every one of them. Don't know why but i feel those are rigged for sure.

Wayne, I hurt my back in Jan. 2008 and had to have two screws put in my back.......That's when I started playing poker probably every day......I would play 8 hrs a day sometimes....I don't play for alot of money because I still don't trust the computer a whole lot......Like Mike said, I've heard good things about Full Tilt........I play mostly Bodog and Absolute.....I actually played until about 4:30 this morning........I usually play at night, feel guilty playing during the day I'll be going back to work soon I think, haven't worked since Jan. 3rd 2008.......Wish I could retire but need about 5 more years but we'll see.......The best way I found to send money offshore is with a Visa Gift Card.......I can buy a card for say $100, come home and use it just like a credit card........Have never been able not to use it, then I throw the card away.....I called Bodog one day and they told me the best place to buy gift cards that work close to where I live......They said they've never had a card fail that start with the first four numbers 4007 but I've had other cards that didn't and they worked also..........When I meet with the Fossilman, I'm going to ask him where is the best places to play and so on...............One of the reasons I wanted to meet him is to find out things like that and hopefully pick up some good pointers and maybe get invited to some Home games I will pass on this info when I meet him.....I hope he will let me take lessons from him for a while.........Anyway, I will find out the best places to play...........I'll tell you this though......Wherever you play, you're going to have bad beats.........Playing on the computer is alot faster than playing poker with friends.....One more thing I do physical therapy twice a week and just joined a health club to get me back in the shape I want to be........I loved playing golf and tennis till I hurt my back, I want to be able to do that again Hooter, emy Wife watches Duke basketball with me, Panther football and the Superbowl In the mean time today, Everyone pull for DUKE today Even You Wayne Thanks again Everyone!!! I don't play online much. But when I used to, Sportsbook.com was a great place with good games and easy to deposit. Make sure to get a rakeback though as that, in the end, is probably what killed me, the rake.

I don't play it alot cause I'm not much of a poker player.At least not a good one The times I have been in seemed pretty easy and seemed like alot of people were playing.You have probably had more experience with it than me so Wayne,I would listen to Mike if he has had a bad experience.

That's one of the reasons I say steer clear. I have played the blackjack and poker over there. I agree 1000% blackjack is rigged. I would get let's say 4 20's and 1 21 and I would push 1 and lose 4. No lie....I wrote and told that shit was rigged. Their response was I was up 5 bucks at one time so no it isn't rigged lol. Poker wasn't much different. Just some real shady stuff.

Me too. I get drunk and e-mail them bastards all the time cause of blackjack.Them fuckers bust 1 out of every 15 hands I swear to God.When shit like that happens I hit the "contact us" button

Sportsbook poker is part of the "cache" network. It is not bad but you will be playing against other people from other sportsbooks. "Cache" netwrok is one big poker room. Also Absolute Poker isnt bad. I really havent played poker in the last year or two
