I agree with Dimer, if the GUY says he is sorry to whatever GUY he offended and agrees to stop using the word GUY and agrees to stop talking about Erin Andrews we should give this GUY a third chance

A Ban should be a ban. He does get carried away. I don't read as many posts as wayne and spark, but even i see it. There is good humored ribbing in this thread, but things he says going into peoples good inteded posts is uncalled for.

I believe in chances but sometimes enough is enough. You can do what you want, but on sure principle, no.

If you do, then the very first time he gets out of control the ban should be back and stuck to.

I have many folks that work for me during the year and Im involved in working with kids and my players in my sports life at School.

My rule to be fair is that I know everyone is gonna do/say something stupid and make an ass out of themselves. But when this repeats itslef its not a situation its a personality that I WILL NOT DEAL WITH.

JUst wanted to add why I went from joining in 2003 and starting to post 6 years later.

I have energy I surround myself with energy. I am positive I surround myself with positive.

I started to post because Ive watched this site through the years go from whos got the biggest nuts and whos the greatest capper no one knows about. To heres what I like and why and most importantly that others give POSITIVE COMMENTS /INFO and say BOL!!!! Hell Im wishing luck to guys almost daily that are on the opposite side as me and I see the same from others.

Ive said it before you funny ass F*kers are a part of my day and in some sad way part of my Sports Family.

I like the "FAMILY CONCEPT".

Anything that takes away from the POSITIVE ENERGY and /or that doesnt promote GREAT FUN AND INSITE is not what this site is about.

I want to see this site continue to grow from childish cock fights to RESPECTED Posters of all sorts.

I like the jokes and the guys that can poke fun at eachother and yet turn around and give some insite/ opinion on a ball game. Thats what Im here for.
