Spark, I think you should take the ban off. I put it to a vote and i'm gonna stick by the vote. By the skin of his teeth, he made it back in. If i, you, or monte see one negative post from him anywhere, he's done for good. He's had enough chances here imo and there will be no more.

I'm also not shocked by the results here. About 90% of the people who voted have no clue of his long history here of being a jerk to others. That is why i said what i did in the 1st paragraph of post 1. I wondered how many would read that. It was obvious not many did when they all said he deserved a 2nd chance. There is a reason why we don't take others opinions in while making decisions here ... Because most are not here reading as much as us and they are voting with both eyes closed.Comment

If it doesn't matter, and people don't read EVERY post as I certainly haven't and didn't know the history between you two, then the vote should have never been allowed and he stays banned. He wouldn't be the first with a permanent ban and he certainly wouldn't be the last. I honestly made my vote when it was 32-32 and in no way realized it put him one vote over. Nor did I know you guys were closing it down. To be honest, I didn't read the posts in this thread. He's done nothing to me, and I'm rarely in favor of banning anyone.
