I started this thread for discussion on a boring day, I don't have much to say regarding the topic.

I am biased toward Favre, much as you are towards Brady. I grew up watching him, love the Packers and love him for everything he has done.

Of the 3 best QBs playing this generation, I rank them this way:

I am most shocked by Leadership. Favre over Brady and Manning? This is a guy who refused to work with Aaron Rodgers and always left his team in limbo the last several years and he was tops in leadership? Wow ...

Leadership, in terms of, I am here every day, I am going to play every day, I will win every day. No body comes to game time more prepared to lead a team than Favre.

You can have all the locker room hub-ub if you want, when they're on the field, Favre puts it all on the line more than anyone else in the NFL.

Out of the above, what doesn't Brady do? He is always there from DAY 1 in training camp, he works 1 on 1 with ANY player who wants him to on offense. What am i missing mavs??
