IMO this isnt even close. Eli wins. He's mister clutch. Giants run and run and run. But sometimes it comes down to having to drive the ball at the end of the game. Eli has done it over and over. Last night NBC flashed the 4th quarter comeback numbers. Eli is 4th on the list since 2004. The 3 others above him??? Peyton, Brady, Favre. Pretty damn good company IMO.
BTW Frank...I think the Vikings would jump all over Romo if he bacame available. They have no confidence in Sage or T-Jack so I think they'd take the shot knowing Favre will likely only play one season.

Emmitt was a great player, but he makes a fool of himself every time he opens his mouth. As for Romo being a bum:
Career Passer Rating (94.7) = 1st among active QBs, 2nd All-time
Career Yards/Attempt (8.1) = 1st among active QBs, 4th All-time
Career Completion Rate (63.6%) = 6th among active QBs, 7th All-time

I agree assuming Favre plays only one season. If Favre committed to more than one season they'd still want Romo over the other two.
Normally, I'd take Brady over any QB. However, I'd have my reservations until Brady has shown he's fully recovered. They said his injury is similar to Carson Palmer's knee injury. Palmer is a shell of the QB he was prior to his injury. I realize there's a huge difference between Palmer and Brady as well as the Bengals and Pat but I'd still have my doubts. Until Brady proves likewise there's about 10 teams that wouldn't trade their QB straight up for Brady.
IMO the teams below would not trade for Brady SU:
Giants
Packers
Bears
Lions
Falcons
Saints
Jets
Pats
Ravens
Steelers
Colts
Chargers
I'm not suggesting any of the above QBs are better than Brady. Many of the teams have invested in their QB and the future.
Good Point about the "Big Stage" , I firmly believe Romo did not have enough
challenging environments in college so is having a very difficult time in the
" BIG " game.
Romo -- Eastern Illinois
Eli -- Ole Miss (SEC)
Peyton -- Tennessee (SEC)
Brady -- Michigan (Big 10)
Brees -- Purdue (Big 10)
McNabb -- Syracuse (Big East)

You can give me all the numbers in the world but as an avid football fan and with the "Naked Eye", i would take Eli 8 days a week over Romo. Romo has never won a big game and he has choked his chicken on every big stage he has seen. Eli may not be the greatest but i watched him play pretty well on his way to winning a SB. That tells me one thing, he has it in him. The Chokeaholic Romo shits his pants and can't even hold a snap on a extra point to win a game and is (0-2) in the postseason. He would have had more than 2 chances at the postseason but he blew that chance last year when he choked his chicken in another big game at Philly.
I know a ton of Dallas fans that think Romo is so great. I always ask them one thing. Name a big game that he has ever won or a signature win on a big stage . All i ever get is silence on the other end. Until he proves he can win something, anything, he will continue to be the most OVERRATED QB in the NFL.
