Make Usc come East and play a Rose Bowl in Columbus Ohio on January 1st and see how different a game it would be.

They deserve to, they're the best team year after year, but haven't played in the title game in three years. Instead they consistently throw shitty Big 12 and Big 10 teams in their, who aren't even competition. Playing at home is like their consolation prize.

Honestly, who didn't want to see USC vs. Florida last year? That game would have been awesome. Instead we watch one great dismantle a shit team, and another great team beat an "okay" team.

It would be the same exact result year after year, because the class of competition is virtually men vs. boys.

I agree but don't lose as 25 point favorites at Oregon St or as 40 point favorites @ home to Stanford. Take care of business and we don't have this conversation.

Same can be said about Florida, and they got to play their little game too. USC looked like an NFL team compared to everyone else. It's a joke that some computer says they weren't one of the two best teams in the nation.

By the way: Oregon St. is pretty good.

I don't care what they looked like at the end of the year. The BCS is the BCS and you know you can't stumble as 25+ point favorites ... PERIOD!

Usc wasted 2 seasons doing that. Yes, Oregon St was better than thought but the confidence from that early season win over Usc had a lot to do with it and people don't forget how big of an upset that was at the time. They lose at home to a HORRIBLE Stanford team a couple years ago as 40 POINT Favorites. That's their fault and their fuck up. You can't have a lapse like that. If you do, you will pay the price and they have.

I know, but it is still a big advantage. The last team i'm crying wolf about is Usc.

You can't lose at home as huge favorites!! If you do, you pay the price!!

                    - Unless you're Florida last year, then all is forgotten.

That is because the voters think like you and they think the SEC is much tougher than the Pac 10. It also helped Florida having a Conference Title game. If Usc had that extra game, they probably would have been in!

fair point, but is their any doubt they were the best team last year? and they beat bama who was #1 at the time in the sec champ game, something usc doesn't even play

USC was the best team without a doubt. And if not, they were at least second best and deserved a chance to play.
