I was always a big Manny supporter, but what he has done this year and the way he has conducted himself is a total insult to the team organiaztion;no one including Manny is bigger than the game itself.
I wonder how Manny reconciles his behavior with that philosopical book he is always raving about, The Secret;I haven't read the book, but from I have heard about it, his actions and behavior would be at great odds at what the book preaches.

I hope they make him clean up just like Damon had to!
I know alot of people hate Bonds, but I hope Boston considers Bonds, I really don't think it can hurt except for pissing off a shitload of fans.

Me included;I would take Manny's shenanigans any day over taking a player beset with huge controversy over drug/steroid use and one who hasn't played for the entire season;I seriously doubt that a class organization and John Henry and company would stoop that low.

Bonds let more foul balls drop than anyone I have ever seen.He didn't give it his all down the first base line on a ground ball either.Only two things Bonds could do was hit homeruns ans run that mouth.

Manny comment, "The Red Sox don't deserve a player like me"

Manny your correct, the Red Sox do not deserve a piece of shit human being like you. Go play ball in the fire and becareful not to tweak that knee as your WALKING down the first base line during an earth quake!

PREDICTION: Take the Red Soxs tonight, they will play like mad men tonight and shake off the Angel sweep and Mannietes!

You have DOUBLE blinders on if you can't see the potential cancer Bonds would be. How come all of the GM'S passed on Bonds when he agreed to take the minimum salary? Yeah, I know you are smarter and more perceptive than all of them-you got a lot to learn about life buddy.

You aren't innoncent until proven guilty when it comes to the court of public opinion, and this is a problem. I don't think they dare touch Bonds.

Great point-I think an organization would be gambling big time with its fan base and thus revenues let alone how the other players would react to having him as a teammate.
Obviously, ALL of the owners weighed the pros and cons and decided against signing him;one has to respect that line of thinking;most of these guys are pretty sharp, a lot more astute than those who simply say sign him without considering the repercussions.

Where exactly did I mention Bonds anywhere in this conversation?

Yea there's no doubt I have a lot to learn. I choose to pick from intelligent people to learn from though
