Maybe the Mets can get Kyle Lohse for him as I guess he is having a better year....

It was funny...I like JC...he can shit on me anytime he wants...wait, that really didn't sound right.

I agree with most of what you have posted, especially about last night, but imo he has put the Mets in position to win in almost every outing and that is what he is paid to do. He can't win by himself and the offense has been mediocre, at best...therefore, a mediocre record.

The Mets suddenly look old to me. They have some great young talent but alot of age with it too. When Reyes and Wright are not on, they struggle big time.

They do look old. Their entire offense revolves arpund Reyes. When he gets on base, they score runs. Not sure why I am surprised that they look slow and unathletic...as much as I like Omar, he seems to have seriously miscalculated on this team.

I was shocked Trims or some other perpetual whiner didn't start a thread about it last night.

                    And he went opposite field!

                    Sorry buddy!

They take 2 steps fiorward, then three back...have a real solid homestand, take a couple from the NYY and then lose 4 in a row in SD, 3 by a 2-1 final!

Win 5 out of 7, come home and give up a grannie to the opposing pitcher on the worst team in baseball....

                            • Johan's made 28 starts this year, the Mets are 17-11 in those games. Of those 11 loses he gave up 2 or fewer earned runs 7 times. He's 29 years old. I think the Yankees should've traded Phil Fucking Hughes for him. The RedSox didn't want to trade Jacoby Ellsbury for him. Jacoby is batting .264 with 41 sb's. Juan Pierre is batting .277 with 38 sb's. That shit amazes me. Good thing the Yankees held on to Hal Morris and Hensley Bam Bam Muelens, and good thing the RedSox didn't trade Sam Horn.

And some on this site claim he's overrated. He's overrated because he didn't go to the Cubs or Red Sox.
