Royal Spring Water Inc., a bottler and distributor of Artesian spring water, announced today that it has received a letter of intent with a minimum 3-year contract valued at over $6,000,000 (USD). The letter was signed by the President of Conquest.

To date, this brings the value of Royal Spring Water's LOI's to over $9,500,000 per year, and over $28,500,000 for the next 3 years.

One thing I would add is that in the last week or so this stock traded wildly, first going to its yearly high, around $1.58 and then sinking to its yearly low around $.80.
According to IR, a lot of this has to do with day traders and perhaps some illegal shorting which hopefully will be eliminated.
The float on this stock is only several million shares.
Obviously the contracts cited are just that, only contracts, and are not a guarantee of anything.
No matter what the forward statements say, this is still a very speculative play, and only discretionaty funds should be used-ie if the company went out of business, you could handle it.
That being said, I still think it is a good investment. If it goes back under $1.00 however, I will sell at least half of my holdings.

Alex Hazan, RSW's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of The Board, said, "We were able to purchase one of the worlds best water treatment systems, which were custom made for our needs, to meet the growing demand for bottled water". "We are excited that not only were we able to negotiate a purchase price, lower than the original budget we have approved for this purchase, but that we were able to purchase a system, which has double the capacity of the original machines we were buying." Vartan Youssefian, Chief engineer, said "We bought the "Rolls Royce" of water treatment systems currently out in the market place" "The system was bought from Enaqua System - a USA based company, and is fully computerized and automated. It has the capacity of up to 144 million bottles (based on 1 shift) per year. In addition to a second and third shift which would double and triple our capacity, we can also easily expand this system to double its current capacity" Mr. Vartan added.
