this stock will easily double. it is supposed to come out tomorrow between $19 - $21 a share. If you can get in at the IPO price you're golden.

Baidu is the Chinese version of Google. Google even invested in it and bought 4% of the company. This stock will be huge!

RJ as you know i am pretty young and i see you guys always talking about stocks and it seems like you make a decent amount of money at it. I was wondering if you could explain to me about how you would set up an account or whatever is needed to get started. If you do not have time i understand i was just curious because i have a bunch of money saved and would like to do something with it.

if you know what you're doing or are going to buy some safe mutual funds and stocks you should setup a Scottrade account. It is only $500 to open it up and $7.00 a trade, so you can trade as much as you want pretty cheap. if you have NO clue what to do, your best bet is to use a broker. but with the amount of money you're talking about, you'll get some shitty rookie broker that doesn't know more than you, all he did is pass a Series 7. I was a Stock Broker with Morgan Stanley, I know how it works.

At the very least you should get your money into something, even if it's only the money market, because you'll get more than the 1.2% you're probably getting in your checking account right now.

If you have any questions, get my e-mail off of 1 of the 100 guys that have it on here, and i'll help you every step of the way if you'd like. I listed a bunch of stocks i own in the stock forum to help you get started.
