might be worth a look....what they do, is exceptional IMO the concept (ESD electronic software distribution)......its a small cap...the revenues are small, few million a quarter...but they have a core of customers, some big ones...IMO the stock rise at some point in the future...but i think its dead money for a while....anyways, they just released earnings today...their 1st ever profit, $19 for the entire Q...none of that EBITDA shit either...net income....after about 8 years of loses....

ITRA (Intraware, hence my name).....trades around $1.90 with a market cap around 100million.....like i said, i dont expect any miracles any time soon....but ive owned this thing for a LONG TIME...its a miracle they have made it this far...restructuring after restructuring...layoffs after layoffs...after the tech bubble burst...when many of the dot com's went bust, they somehow stayed afloat...if you sock it away and forget about it for a while...you will do well in time.....

Intraware is not looking good I think.
It is very likely that they will fall below 1,20 Euro!
Look at the chart, buddy. They are rising and falling but the trend is negative. I would wait before I buy this thing.
Never catch of falling knife and on the long run, this thing is falling pretty much.
And I do not see any signals that this stock will rise in the near future. As you stated, tech stocks are not very trusted at the moment in the States. In Germany they are on a slightly better way at the moment, but still I wouldn't invest more than 5% of my money in tech stocks.

i never said it was gonna rise any time soon....in fact i said it was dead money for a while....i said take a look at it...if you like their business model...buy some and forget about it....they finally turned a profit (it was 19K, not 19dollars) after 8 YEARS of loses...and they are finally on the right track...their services are finally begining to gain some traction and they anticipate on signing up about 20 more customers this Q alone...also some of their revenues are recognized over the course of a year so sometimes it takes a Q or 2 for it to actually be recognized....this stock at this price...is a winner LONGTERM.....

If you mean with long investments the next three or four years I could agree.
But this a huge gamble, because no one can predict what is going to happen to the market in this time.
If someone likes this stock I think they should invest not more than 1 or 2 precent of their money in it.

If you have some other small companys... post them!
