Hey man,

I saw you said you "traded for a living" and just wondered if you had any quick thoughts on DYN - dynegy, im about to get into it.

also, for everyone who pokes their head in here:

Trowe just got Honda's business for their retirement plans and will be getting about 8 billion dollars in assets under management....we also just entertained dow corning and might get their account.

I dnt really follow DYNERGY (DYN)- sorry..I can ask around the office to see if anyone follows it and get back to you..

2 speculative stocks if you interested in... 1) XMSR....IF the DOJ approves the merger with SIRI, xmsr shareholders get 4.6 shares of siir for every 1 xm share..basically the stock will run to 18-20... the stock got pounded the last 30 min today to 13.40 bc the dept staff said they dont approve the merger, but its ultimatly up to the judge and supposedly hes for it..thi is the same judge that ruled in fvaor of whilrpool and maytag to merger and in that case the dept staff also didnt apporve but he went ahead anyways..if doest go through donwside risk is prob. around 9.00...risk reward imo favorabe to upside..

2nd stock is LDK...LDK is solar company...jsut went up 20 points in past few days so i bailed out of most..but we r all waiting for an audit report from a 3rd party to say whther or not LDK lied about some of there inventory..if audit report is clean, which ceo says it will be, stock will go up 10-15 points in 1 day and stock should be valued at way over $100...stock had nice run up in past week so took most profits, but its not a bad play to buy it every day around 3:45 and sell it the nxt day in the morning (that way in the audit report is released pre makret or afterhours youll nail it!)...report is due out any day any moment..
