How do you trade here?
My 401K is set up through them and what to use the money to trade certain stocks if you can.
Good Luck to everyone

I am not 100% positive, but I don't think you can trade individual stocks through your 401-k. Your employer set it up through T Rowe Price which probably gave you several different funds (depending on your risk tolerance)to invest in. None of the funds they offer are concentrated in one stock or sector.
If you have a self directed IRA, that may be different.
If you want to invest separate from your 401-k, and you know the stock you want to buy, go to one of the discount brokerages online. You will get no advice, but they will handle the trade for you. (Scott Trade, Schwaab, etc).
Thanks,m I think your right. I am in a high risk, and it's a general stock gund. Can't do individual funds.
Good Luck to everyone

I work at T Rowe and I believe in order to trade individual stocks, you would have to roll your 401K over to an IRA, but even then it charges 20 bucks a trade, so not really worth it. If you wanna kick ass, put your 401K money into the the "emerging markets" funds. They are a huge focus at T rowe and some funds are really kicking ass.
Get into the Emerging markets stock fund, or the latin america fund, there are a few others too if you do some research
hope this helps.
