Stock Trading - Chart System

I've been working on a trading system that involves technical analysis (charting) tied to various chart indicators. I can't really lay it out here because I use judgment, as well, based on how the chart looks to me at that time.

I am going to post the stocks here and track gains and losses for a while and see what happens. Because the capital I have committed to this is not a huge amount (< $15,000), I am trading options to try to maximize gains, so I will make more money on the good trades and take a bath on the bad ones.

As I said, I am just going to post the actual stocks here to track how those are doing. Obviously, I know how my options are doing because they are being traded in my account.

These plays are purely based on charts and have nothing to do with fundamentals.

Here are the first two. I made these trades today between 11:30 and 12:00 EST, so the prices may be off a bit from what they are at this moment.

I am going to post the options trades I make as well, so that I can compare results. While it would look that the use of options will blow away just buying the stocks, one really bad option trade can wipe away 5 good ones. Here are the options trades I made on those stocks:

Have you ever looked at doing the Iron Condor?

Fidelity has some software that you can write your own trading systems and back track it.

These trades can be anywhere from 2 days to a month. One of these was a quick one. I will always take profits quickly if they are there. This system produces a lot of opportunities and is mainly based on momentum, so I see no reason not to put profits in my pocket.

Fidelity has some software that you can write your own trading systems and back track it.

I've looked at Iron Condor and systems like that and for whatever reason, I just prefer to buy and sell the calls and puts rather than putting together spreads and strangles. It's just a preference. I know there are people who make a lot of money with those strategies.

To be honest, that would not fit into my system very well for a couple of reasons. First of all, since my trades are targeted for 2 days to 6 weeks, at the most, I wouldn't be trading May calls. Secondly, my system is based heavily on ADX/DMI chart indicators and, right now, WU is almost in a sell zone for me.
Any chance you are thinking about this because you think WU may be picking up a ton of neteller business in the US?

CKFR is up 3% on good news today, so i'm going to have to swallow a loss on that one. It could head back down based on the chart, but I always find it best to limit my losses on shorts/puts.
