The shock result of this tournament so far was Trinidad holding Sweden to a 0-0 draw. Sweden had at least a dozen scoring chances, and should have capitalized on at least one of them. The Trinidadians played negatively and only concentrated on preventing a goal in that game. They did a excellent job of it. But it’s hard to see them putting an even bigger effort in against England, despite this being the most anticipated game for the Soca Warriors. England played poorly against Paraguay. They won 1-0 only thanks to an own goal. The English players were visibly uncomfortable in the searing mid-day heat, something none of them are accustomed to in the temperate climes of British football. This match will be played in the early evening, so we can expect a much better performance from England. Trinidad & Tobago remain one of the weakest teams in this tournament. They are only here thanks to a forgiving qualifying zone. England need a win here to lock up a place in the next round. Expect them to get one and net at least two goals in the process. England 3, Trinidad & Tobago 0. Take England -1.5/-156 The shock result of this tournament so far was Trinidad holding Sweden to a 0-0 draw.
