The ultra-balanced Hoyas have 6 players averaging between 8.3 and 12.0 ppg. led by F J.Green (also 6.5 rpg. and 3.3 apg.), and Georgetown is in the Top 20 in the nation in both scoring defense (59.6 ppg.) and fewest turnovers (11.8 per game). These teams met once during the regular season with G-Town taking a 68-53 decision as a 6-point home favorite, and in that game the Hoyas held 39-29 rebound and 24-9 FTA edges while committing only 6 TO’s.
