Arkansas -4 against South Carolina.
It is often said that when you achieve the best results, there is no place but down to go. That could be said for these Gamecocks, who won in Tennessee last week for the first time ever. It was a hugely emotional win for South Carolina and we fully expect this to be the letdown. Not only because it is the very next week, but because the Razorbacks own them anyway. Arkansas is 9-4 ATS versus South Carolina since 1992, 5-1 ATS of that has been at home. Arkansas is 5-1 ATS at home when the total resides between 49 1/2 and 56 and they are 2-0 ATS this season coming off of two straight losses. South Carolina is 13-17 ATS over the past three seasons with ordinary 8-8 ATS underdog trends and 6-6 ATS road trends. A quick peek at their schedule shows that they play Florida next, at home. The Ole Ball Coach will be looking forward to that more than anything, which includes staying in this one.
Miami/Milwaukee Over 192.
We think this should be more of fast paced game, especially with Shaq Diesel not in the middle slowing things down. Dwayne Wade and Antwain Walker will have more free range to run and gun, while that is the Bucks style anyhow. Miami is 51-45 Over on the road and 10-4 Over when the total is between 190 and 194 1/2. Milwaukee is already 2-0 to the Over this season and 92-76 Over in the past three seasons. They are also 51-32 at home and six of the seven head to head meetings in this series over the past three seasons have gone Over.
