Who woulda thought that after game six, the Lions of Penn State would be in first place in the Big 10, and the only undefeated team. Yes, the schedule has favored them, but they did have very convincing victories against then undefeated Minnesota and a good Ohio State Team in the last two weeks. Yep this is the PSU team that many picked as low as 6th in the pre-season conference rankings, while Michigan was # 1 or #2 in most polls. This game has a lot of interesting trends, angles and emotion that we think will dictate the outcome.
This is a Michigan squad that is 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS versus PSU in the last six outings. This is a team that is a total of nine points in their three losses from being 6-0. This is the shoe Penn State has worn for the last two or three seasons. Yep the Wolverines record off "30" straight bowls in truly in jeopardy, ands their backs are against the wall. One more loss and it will be their worst season in "40" years. I guess that creates a sense of urgency.
