After Homer Tice is fired before the end of the 2005 season by Vikings owner Zygi Wilf and the team is turned over to defensive coordinator Ted Cottrell on an interim basis (thereby satisfying the "Rooney Rule"), Wilf at the urging of quarterback Daunte Culpepper will hire Scott Linehan as the team's new head coach.

Linehan, we're convinced, had more responsibility than anyone else for Culpepper's success in 2004 and, to a lesser extent, 2003. After finishing his three-year contract with the Vikings, Linehan accepted a lateral move (for a lot more money) in Miami.

In his new gig, by the way, Linehan's team scored 34 points with lesser talent.

Yeah buddy, but we will get it back.. Always do! Have had many many more days on the other side of this.. MLB will just be on a 22-4 Run, and hopefully next weeks NFL is a little better.. We didn't lose much this week in NFL, but any loss isn't good! Atleast you all know Im honest. lol..
