Not gonna hide it....huge Clemson fan as a lot of the COCK fans here know...lol and I was very adament about the fact that I was going to drain the account on Georgia tonight. Revenge factor big time for a South Carolina team that struggled in the second half against Central Florida. They face a Georiga team that just absolutely blew the doors off of Boise State where all the "experts" thought this could be a huge upset.
But lets think of some things before you think about big time revenge.
1) Spurrier never really blew out Georiga. There were two games out of 8 that were over 20 point winners.
2) Spurrier has never played between the Hedges...think about it. It's always been in Jacksonville with a 50/50 crowd. But before you think that the huge edge goes to Georiga...South Carolina even though I can't stand them fuckers...they travel very well, and if you dont' think they'll sell their dogs, trailers, El Caminos to get into that game, your crazy. They'll be there.
3) Can Georgia play ANY better then they did last week? I mean you blinked and it was 17-0. A lot of turnovers and blown coverages cost Boise State early and often. Is Georgia capable of playing THAT good again this week?
4) and this is the most important aspect here. South Carolina jumped out to a big lead early with the typical Spurrier offense. And if you watched the game, you know what he did the entire second half....he closed the playbook and went very conservative. Why? Very simple. Why show the whole world the goods when you don't need to? So Georgia can throw away the game film from midway through the second quarter on because they won't see it today.
I'm not saying Georiga won't blow out South Carolina....i'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised one bit if they didn't.
