Just this simple line taken from his email shows what OC is all about:

Not only did I sweep the weekend in major moves, but all primetime college football on Thursday and Friday went 3-0! Tonight I will attempt to increase an overall football run which now stands at 20-11 short term and 50-32 over the long haul as the PROFITS continue to roll in from my non-stop WORK ethic.

He alludes to major moves and prime time because he won those games;there is no mention of how his other games did, because they lost.
I guarantee you that if his lesser games did better than the major ones, he would be talking only about the former.
The more I hear about OC, the more I am convinced that he is a spinner(thus the nickname the spider);as stated his DOCUMENTED longterm results(when they are documented) show nothing but mediocrity when ALL rated games are considered and NOT just the games he chooses to talk about;con artistry is at work here.

Lets take a careful look at what OC says today:

This is OC Dooley; Tonight is the lone baseball only card this week and I am about to catch the oddsmakers napping on an evening that most people could care less about. Get ready to sweep primetime college football again as all moves last week went 3-0. On Thursday it was Texas Christian plus the Utah/TCU clash going UNDER the total. On Friday is was the Houston/UTEP clash going OVER the total. Entering this past weekend, I was on an unprecedented 15-4 overall football tear. Even though I suffered a few setbacks, the MAJOR moves of at least 3-units SWEPT (4-0) on Saturday and Sunday. All NFL Monday Night releases stand at 7-3 since the preseason after last night’s split where I missed with the Saints, but rallied late with a gift UNDER in Dallas as the Redskins/Cowboys game had a 3-0 halftime score. I continue to challenge any legitimate handicapper to match my college and pro football records of 21-12 short term and 51-33 over the long haul. It is all about COLLECTING at the end of the week, and that is exactly what my clients continue to do on the gridiron.

He challenges ane legitimate service to match his short term record and long term record.
Well, first of all I take exception to his statement of "legitimate" handicapers, because that implies HE is one;I don't consider anyone like him a legitimate capper who tells only selective truths and who lies by omission(not talking about his losses).
In addition, he challenges anyone to match his short term record and long term record.
Again and this is a corollary from the first:
He only talks about the star rated games which win and NOT the ones which LOSE.
Any service can just take the selective games it chooses when it wins and say it has a good record;thus in his case both his short and long term records are meaningless as they are a total misrepresentation of his record which has been VERY mediocre in the past when monitored by UNBIASED sources over any extended period of time.

Move over Phil Ste ele-OC is getting to be almost as longwinded as you are. Check out his website, and his incessant bragging about every game he has won for about the last month(with hardly mention of the games he has lost).
I refer to him as OC "Spinny" because of the way he tries to spin his OVERALL mediocre record.

This is NOT my idea of a very good play for Thursday even if it won.

          Baseball:
          2 Units on Kansas City Royals +1½ +120 (Lee - L, Hernandez - R)
Now a special RUN LINE premium release for all to see on the NIGHT card. Congrats to all who cashed with the Cubs earlier today. This is an excellent spot for a letdown as the Indians are coming off a huge series against AL Central leading Chicago. Following yesterday's 8-0 triumph, the Tribe are now within 2' games of first place which is amazing since the White Sox were up by 15 games in the beginning of August. Cleveland continues to be baseball's hottest team (14-2 tear), but they are facing a Kansas City team that just SWEPT a 4-game series for the first time in SIX YEARS!! The Royals won yesterday in style on a 2-out NINTH inning two-run single, so they have plenty of MOMENTUM. I am fully aware that Cleveland's Cliff Lee has won EIGHT straight decisions, but his ERA in 5 games against the Royals this year is OVER FIVE (5.28 to be ex! act). KC's Runelvyz Hernandez got clocked in his most recent outing but he was just rusty after spending almost ONE MONTH on either the disabled-or-suspended list. Kansas City is still attempting to avoid loss #100 on the season and they have WON 6 of the past 9 games where the offense has hit a solid .296 during that stretch. I am personally playing this game on the RUN LINE tonight at MVP Sportsbook, but if you want to go all the way, you are going to get a very steep underdog price tag (+240).

What OC should have realized is that Cleveland is the hottest team in baseball right now and with around 10 games to go the word letdown is irrelevant especially if they wish to catch Chicago.
Perhaps OC should have mentioned the word "letdown" for KC, as they just swept Detroit. How come no mention of that?
Ever since I have followed him, going AGAINST red hot teams rather than going WITH them has been one of his problems.
I remember a few seasons back when Detroit was awful and it was a gift to keep betting against them.
It seems that OC though on many occasions figured that it was better to buck the prevailing trend and bet on this pitiful bunch, and obviously the results were not too good.
On the other hand when he got lucky and the Tigers won, he could rave to the world that he had them(and of course not mention the great number of times in the past when this flawed thinking failed).
ps what is funny in above is that he uses the word "momentum" for KC and "letdown" for Cleveland. By my way of thinking it is the other way around!
I guess though he can use any words he wants to justify his pick.

I still can't believe as I stated in the previous post that he would say that Cleveland would have been the team having the letdown last night at this critical juncture in the season and that KC would be the team with the momentum after sweeping Detroit.
By my standards he has it ass backwards-Cleveland is the team with momentum and crappy KC would be the team with the letdown.

As you might expect, all OC does today on the email I received is talk about the football game(Air Force) which won last night.
No mention was made of the dumb KC pick yesterday or the even dumb logic(actually non-logic trying to support it). See my post above.
I maintain that until proven otherwise(by unbiased documentation) that no matter OC tries to spin his record over the short term, over the long term, which is what counts, his record has always been and will always be nothing to write home about especially when ALL of his picks are considered and not just the selective winners he chooses to talk about(in all fairness the latter applies to the great majority of paid cappers out there).

OK-here we go again. Read OC's summation for yesterday and see what is wrong with it.

9/25 4-Unit Best Bet loss with underdog Arizona who was down by ONE point at the half, only to get blown out (loss)

--9/25 3-Unit triple play total on the Giants/Chargers UNDER (loss)

--9/25 UPSET SHOCKER #1 the 8-point underdog Raiders nearly won outright at the Eagles (WIN)

--9/25 UPSET SHOCKER #2 produced a +240 MONEY LINE payout as the 49ers (+6’) beat the Cowboys outright (WIN)

--9/25 NFL TOTALS win as the Bengals/Bears stayed UNDER the spot (WIN)

Its not too hard-look at the 4th game down;he calls SF a win on the moneyline. Excuse me but last I look Dallas won the game 34-31, and thus game is a LOSER.
It seems OC wrote the spam before the game ended and forgot to change it probably because he was already hard at work with tonight's sermon/ad.
Perhaps sloppy record keeping like this(is it intentional?) is the reason for the so-called great record*** he has compiled.
***=means OC counts only the games which make him look good and certainly not all of his plays which I have stated before have ALWAYS been mediocre over any extended period of time.
Also it should be pointed out that he lost his guarantee that one of the dogs would win outright(San Francisco) with no mention of that today, but INSTEAD implication that the game won.

                    Lets take one more look:

/25 4-Unit Best Bet loss with underdog Arizona who was down by ONE point at the half, only to get blown out (loss)

--9/25 3-Unit triple play total on the Giants/Chargers UNDER (loss)

--9/25 UPSET SHOCKER #1 the 8-point underdog Raiders nearly won outright at the Eagles (WIN)

I like the way he alludes to the fact that his best bet Arizona was down by only 1 point and then only to get blown out in the second half, the implication being that it was not that bad a pick. Thats BS;its like saying a pitcher and his team were ahead 4-0 after 5 innings and then to ultimately lose 12-4 and that the pitcher pitched well for 5 innings- total bullshit!!!
Even OC couldn't come up with anything to try to ease the pain for the UNDER in the Giants game last night-he was WAY off.

Now perhaps some of you can see what I am talking about when Isay OC tries to portray a MUCH rosier picture than reality(this is aside from the oversight/lie/deception etc. of the outcome of the Dallas/SF game yesterday).

I missed this the first time I read his spam:

This is OC Dooley; Dating back to the beginning of the preseason, all of my Monday Night NFL releases have successfully covered the spread EIGHT times in 12 overall chances. That includes the easy UNDER last week in the Redskins/Cowboys clash which had a 3-0 score at halftime! I absolutely love both the side+total of this evening’s Chiefs/Broncos encounter which includes a 5-UNIT Best Bet release on the TOTAL. I have a lot of making up to do in the totals department after missing badly in primetime last night, as well as the Best Bet guarantee on the Arizona Cardinals who were down by only ONE point at halftime, but fell apart against a Seattle team that had blown 4 different second half leads one year ago, and nearly did the same last week. Even though I had egg splattered all over my face, I still walked away yesterday with a 3-2 overall performance. The early card swept as the Raiders (+8) nearly walked away an outright win at Philadelphia. For those of you who have watched the Raiders, they do NOT deserve to be 0-3 at this point. I also scored early with the Bengals/Bears UNDER the total as the Cincinnati defense as predicted completely shutdown as Chicago contingent who has one of the worst offensive attacks in the NFL. On the late card, I personally played the MONEY LINE (+240) with the San Francisco 49ers who defeated Dallas OUTRIGHT even though they were coming off a horrible 42-3 loss the prior week. In the analysis I pointed out that is it sometimes easier for a team to recover from a blowout loss as opposed to a squad like the Cowboys who are coming off a devastating setback as Dallas blew a 13-point second half edge last Monday. Dallas had LESS preparation time than the 49ers and had to fly all the way out to the west coast.

Read the actual writeup as to who won the Dallas/San Francisco game. This guy is writing his spam for the next day(which I mentioned in my first post today) before the game is even final;is this the kind of person you want for a paid capper?
ps OC obviouslu subscribes to the theory that people buy "the sizzle and not the steak." The only problem is that in this case the "sizzle" is a steak which is only half cooked if you catch my drift regarding the Dallas game.
ps I bet that OC didn't even bet the game himself despite all of his bluster;otherwise surely he would know the final score and that his bet on San Fran.on the money line LOST.

I would like to know your opinions on the latest issue cited in the last three posts and/or whether it is even worth posting.
I admit we all make mistakes, but to me it is unpardonable to put up an ad on your website and send emails out the next day bragging about a win on a game when it is actually a LOSS!!
Personally, I am going to keep checking his website to see when/if he discovers the glaring error and changes it.
The over/under for when he changes it is 10:00 tonight -110 over(past 10:00) lol

Chung-we don't have to bust themselves;one merely has to look at any site which has multiple cappers like Godspicks, Big Green Machine, etc. to figure out what is going on.
They exist as a unit for one reason and one reason only-to by hood or by crook to ensure that at least one capper wins on the night-what better way to do this than by having diffeent cappers give out different sides on the same game!
Now of course we know Phil Stoole doesn't resort to that;he has more profitable ventures.
