Drese has been atrocious on the road this season and while the rain saved him on Tuesday, it won’t this time around. He has a 7.26 ERA and 1.81 WHIP on the road this year while opposing hitters are batting .337 against him. In 14 road starts, only three have been quality and he has allowed five runs or more in 10 of those non-quality outings. He has faced the Phillies twice this season and he was bombed both times, allowing nine runs in 7.2 combined innings.
